Price list of our services:

1. 1. Consultation with preliminary valuation of the property for sale or rental, with travel to the client – not concluded with the signing of a contract – 100 GBP.
   2. Property consultation – depending on the scope of topics and needs – individual valuation – from 120 GBP upwards.
   3. Marketing fee, charged upon signing of the contract, for professional photo session with graphic processing and preparation of the offer in terms of broadly understood business consulting and marketing – 200 GBP.
   4. Property photo shoot with graphic processing – 200 GBP .
   5. Real estate film without the use of a drone with technical processing – 200 GBP
   6. Real estate film with the use of a drone with technical processing – 400 GBP
   7. Remuneration for business consulting in the sale of real estate – 3% of the value of the real estate sold.
   8. Remuneration for business consulting in property rental (for the landlord and for the tenant) – one month’s rent of the rented property.
   9. Remuneration for business advice in the purchase of a property – 2 % of the value of the property sold.
   10. Handling of the overall short-term lease – 30 % of the gross revenue amount.
   11. Handling of the overall long-term lease – 13 % of the gross revenue amount.
   12. Interior design services – always individual valuation, depending on the scope of work.
   13. Use of a financial expert to prepare financing offers for a specific offer and to help go through all the credit formalities within the existing advice of the selected offer – free of charge.
   14. Production of an energy certificate with 4 thermal imaging photos:
       • flat – 50 GBP
       • house up to 200 m2 – 100 GBP
       • house over 200 m2 – individual valuation
       • energy audit – 200 GBP
       • description of thermovision pictures up to 4 pcs. – 20 GBP

Any other services not included in the price list are priced individually. All prices quoted are gross prices.
