When we undertake the sale of a particular property, we actively devote all our resources, energy and means needed to highlight all the assets of the property in order to sell it as quickly and profitably as possible. We only sign a contract with one Party. When we represent the Seller, the Buyer has no transactional resistance, does not sign any contracts with us and we do not take any remuneration from him.

The scope of service activities includes a reliable valuation, a detailed description of the property, including its plan, professional photos / film (also using a drone), the presentation of the property in our own database of individual clients and investors and on multibranch portals in Poland (not only real estate portals), appropriate marketing and positioning; appropriate presentation of the property to the Buyer.

We cooperate with many banks, offering full service of the credit process for the interested client, as well as with reliable Notary and Legal Offices, where the safety of the transaction is guaranteed. We have the ability to make an appraisal of the property, arrange the most favourable insurance for our clients, make an energy certificate of the property including thermovision documentation and a complex turnkey interior finishing service. If necessary, we also arrange any other specialist legal and administrative services.

We also handle negotiations on behalf of the Owners, as well as preparing and checking all the necessary documents for the transaction.
